1. Vehicle Condition:

All vehicles are sold "as is," without any warranties or guarantees. The Marketplace house makes no representations regarding the condition of the vehicle, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic conditions.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own inspections and due diligence prior to bidding. The auction house does not provide any guarantees or assurances about the accuracy or completeness of vehicle descriptions or history.

2. Inspection and Test Drives:

Vehicles may be available for inspection and test drives (A link to YouTube Video's will be attached) before the auction begins. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and assess its condition.
The Marketplace house is not responsible for any defects or issues discovered after the purchase.

3. Bidding Process:

Bids are considered final and binding. Once a bid is accepted, the buyer is obligated to complete the purchase.
The Marketplace house reserves the right to refuse bids or retract vehicles from the auction at their discretion.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment must be made in full as per the Marketplace payment terms. Accepted forms of payment typically include cash, certified checks, and bank transfers.

The Marketplace house is not responsible for any issues related to the vehicle's title or registration.

6. Liability and Claims:

The auction house is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the sale or use of the vehicle, including but not limited to, mechanical failures, defects, or legal disputes.
Buyers assume all risks associated with the vehicle upon completion of the Marketplacesale.

7. Additional Fees:

Buyers may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to, auction fees, administrative fees, and taxes. These fees are outlined in the auction terms and are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. No Refunds:

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted once the auction has concluded and payment has been processed.

9. Legal Compliance:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to the purchase, ownership, and operation of the vehicle.
